What to expect

Upon contacting us, our highly trained support staff will determine the severity of your pet’s medical condition.

During the conversation, our team will give you the first available same-day appointment for a veterinary exam. Walk-in appointments are welcome and will be triaged according to the severity of the case.

Before arrival, we ask that you complete the online intake form to expedite the evaluation of your pet.

Upon arrival, your pet will be triaged in an exam room. Once the on-staff veterinarian has examined your pet, we will discuss your pet’s treatment plan and discuss different options to treat your pet.

If your pet was admitted, they will be discharged the same evening (3:30 pm). If needed, we will discuss transferring to an overnight hospital for further treatment.

Finally, we will contact your regular veterinarian the following business day to update your pet’s medical history.
