Introducing Thunder, a black and white male kitten, and Storm, a tiger-striped and white female kitten, both aged 1 year - my beloved feline companions! They came into my life in unique ways, and I wouldn't trade that for anything in the world.
During last summer's vacation, I had extra time to browse Facebook and reconnect with friends. One of my acquaintances from the rescue community consistently shared adorable photos of a small black and white kitten, which inexplicably captured my heart. While still on vacation, I completed the adoption application and brought him home on the day of our return.
Storm arrived at the hospital in critical condition with a severe head injury, and the owner intended to euthanize her. I convinced them to let me take care of her and give her a chance. With a combination of tender loving care and physical therapy, Storm made a full recovery.
Thunder and Storm are extremely close and always together.
